Auditorium Max. Capacity - 200 standing, 175 seated, 120 seated at tables
Community Room Max. Capacity - 35 standing, 25 seated, 15 seated at tables
Auditorium - seating area 32' x 43' , stage area 32' x 21'
Community Room - 22' x 17' + counter top 21' x 2'
Green Room - 18' x 16' (currently houses Grand Piano that can move to backstage)
Chairs - 175 - Chair height: 29.5", seat height: 18", seat depth: 17", and back width: 18"
Tables - 20 rectangle (6' x 2'6") 10 round (short - 2' diameter, 3' tall)
Coat Room - holds 150- 175 coats (depending on size)
CSAC Rental Policies:
Setup & tear down are not included in basic rentals. An additional $50 fee applies.
Setup and tear down must be done during rental time. Any additional hours using the space will be charged.
Events hosting more than 35 people (formals, concerts, large conferences etc.) will be required to book the Community Room as well as the Auditorium for an additional fee of $100.
Our light/sound technician is required to be hired for events including live music, stage lighting setup, ambient lighting setup or any usage of CSAC’s sound equipment.
