Members of a few local bands have joined forces to contribute while having fun!
It’s been a rough year (few years) and as 2022 draws to an end these musicians want to give back to those in need while providing a good reason to gather as a community. A group of local musicians dubbed Steve & the Fredericton Allstars (including members of The Hypochondriacs, Les Chanterelles, The Walking Contradictions, Hazzard, Dapper Dan & the Drive in Classics and more) are putting in the work to provide an entertaining evening of live music in support of this great cause.
The CBC Information Morning 2021 Feed-a-Family campaign raised enough money to feed 2,281 families! The program aims to give those in need all the happiness of a traditional Christmas dinner so that every family gets to enjoy that time of the year when everyone puts what matters most first in their lives and gets together over a meal. The organizers are grateful for the community sponsors helping make this a huge success: Charlotte Street Arts Centre, Music Runs Through It, Restorative Health, Outlaw Yoga North, Insights Atlantic, Bringloe Feeney
Join us on Saturday, November 19th at Charlotte Street Arts Centre to enjoy an array of sweet sounds and rocking melodies as we raise funds in support of CBC’s Feed-a-Family campaign. Doors open at 7PM and the show starts at 7:30PM. Cash donations (suggested $10) will be collected at the door.
