Salsa classes at CSAC are starting up!

Learning to dance salsa has many benefits as it allows us to have fun and feel good in a healthy way. Dancing fills us with freedom and security, helps us to overcome difficult moments, strengthens us, calms us and heals us. What will students get out of this class?

1. Improve your physical shape
Salsa is an ideal activity to burn calories and tone the body. It also improves body posture, increases agility and enhances coordination.

2. Improves memory
Dancing has multiple benefits for the brain, stimulating memory, attention and mental agility.

3. It releases stress
Dancing is a way to escape and have fun, our attention is focused on the steps and we release stress and tension accumulated from daily problems.

4. Increases self-esteem
On an emotional level with dancing we learn another way to express ourselves and communicate, and little by little we feel more confident with the new steps and figures.

5. Meet new people
It is a way to interact with people with the same hobby and most important of all, have fun in a fun, healthy and cheerful atmosphere.

Sign up for classes and you will learn in a fast, easy and fun way.
