Ritual & Story: Dreamwork and Creative Expansion

  • 732 Charlotte Street Fredericton, NB (map)

Ritual & Story is a reflective, community-based program that blends simple journaling, group discussion, and gentle ritual. Each season explores a different aspect of personal storytelling—this edition focuses on dreamwork, possibility, and the internal narratives that shape what we believe is possible. Participants reconnect with desire, examine the stories that hold them back, and explore next steps in a supportive, psychologically safe environment. Open to all community members.

A six-week guided circle | No creative experience required.

Please note:

This program is not therapy. It is a reflective, community-building experience that focuses on storytelling, creativity, and personal exploration. Participants who are in therapy may find that Ritual & Story complements and deepens the insights they’re working on with their clinician.
