Curious about oil painting but don’t know where to begin? Join CSAC resident artist Guy Vezina for a three week introductory class exploring the fundamentals of working with oils and brushes.

What sound does a building make? And how can these sounds be used to aid in the composition of new music? These are just a few of the questions sound artist Charles Harding plans to explore when he begins his residency at the Charlotte Street Arts Centre (CSAC) later this summer.

Eleven second-year photography/videography students  emerge from the walls of the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design to exhibit new work as  part of The View Finders photography exhibition at the Charlotte Street Art Centre on May 2,  2024. 

One of Atlantic Canada’s most important collaborative music project returns to CSAC for an evening of performances featuring The Olympic Symphonium, Wolf Castle, DenMother, Pallmer and more, Saturday April 13.

Inside-Out Body is an advanced-level Contemporary dance class led by choreographer Lucy M. May! Get ready to listen deeply to your sensations as we explore skin, bones, and muscles through self-touch, mapping imagined lines from our five fingers to our five toes. 

Trumpet player Nicole Rampersaud and multi-instrumentalist Joel LeBlanc will perform an evening of improvised music at the Charlotte Street Arts Centre on Friday May 30.

Trajectories will perform at the Charlotte Street Arts Centre along with special guests Counting on Downstairs and Emily Kennedy as part of Connexion Artist Run Centre’s 40th anniversary celebrations.

Fredericton Arts and Learning Inc.’s annual general meeting will take place on May 15.
